VB Entreprise provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Mobile application development
• Digital marketing and ad campaign management
• Social media management
• Brand identity and graphic design
• SEO and content strategy
• Software and automation development

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requested
• Supply required materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our work without written permission

Delays caused by late client approvals or missing materials may affect project timelines. VB Entreprise is not liable for such delays.

• Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or invoice
• We typically require a deposit before work begins
• Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are cleared
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable)
• Refunds are subject to the terms stated in the individual project agreement

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables including source code, design files, and creative assets produced specifically for their project.

VB Entreprise retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Retain ownership of any tools, frameworks, or internal systems used to build the work that are not specific to the client's project

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not share your project details, business data, or client information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

VB Entreprise warrants that:

• Work will be delivered with reasonable skill and care
• We have the right to provide the services described

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. revenue, rankings, sales)
• Our website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times
• Third-party tools and platforms we integrate will always perform as expected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VB Entreprise's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss caused by third-party platforms
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• VB Entreprise will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payment
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
