The fine print, in plain language
The clock starts once your payment is confirmed and we've confirmed your brief — which we do within one business day. If we need anything from you, like photos or text, we ask for it upfront so nothing stalls.
Payment is processed by Cashfree, an RBI-authorised payment gateway. UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets are all supported. We never see or store your card details.
₹5,000 covers the scope listed above. If your brief needs more — extra pages, e-commerce, online bookings — we quote the difference before starting, and you decide. No extra work begins without your approval.
If you already have a domain, we connect the new site to it. If you don't, we help you register one in your own name. Domain and hosting charges are billed by the providers directly to you — we don't mark them up.

If money left your account but the payment shows as failed, the amount is refunded automatically by your bank, usually within five to seven business days. If anything looks stuck, email developer@vbentreprise.com with your order ID and we'll chase it.
